A car rushed to the Ggaebi Market in Mok-dong, Seoul, at around 3:50 p.m. today (31st).
So far, there have been four serious injuries and nine minor injuries, but the scale of casualties could change, the fire department explained.
All the injured were passers-by, and the driver was reportedly unharmed.
In a call with YTN, the informant explained that a car skidded and hit people.
The police explained that no alcohol was detected in the driver of the car in his 70s, and that they will investigate the exact cause of the accident.
