Car rush at Mokdong's Kkaebisi Market...One dead and 12 seriously injured.

A car rushed to the Ggaebi Market in Mok-dong, Seoul, at around 3:50 p.m. today (31st).Thirteen people, including merchants and passers-by, were injured in the

accident and taken to the hospital, with one of the four seriously injured eventually dying.

Witnesses said the car did not slow down and ran directly over passers-by during a call with YTN.

Police explained that no alcohol was detected in a man in his 70s who drove a car, and a simple drug test was negative, and that they are investigating the exact cause of the accident by charging him with death under the Special Act on Traffic Accident Handling.
