Constitutional Judge Cho Han-chang inaugurated..."Difficulties increase due to the judicialization of politics"

Cho Han-chang, the new Constitutional Court justice, said he would consider the direction of our society with flexible thinking that reflects the demands of the times, and said he would talk a lot in an attitude of persuasion and inclusion without being buried in his thoughts.Justice

said at the inauguration ceremony held at the Constitutional Court yesterday morning (2nd), "There are many difficulties due to the "judicialization of politics" in which various issues that need to be resolved in the political sphere are not resolved by the agreement of organizations with democratic legitimacy."

He also said that the value pursued by our Constitution is to guarantee the basic rights of the people with the rule of law that rejects the arbitrary rule of power.

The Constitutional Court then stressed that it will present milestones for the future, calling it the last bastion to guarantee basic rights and protect constitutional order.

Judge Cho, who began his term yesterday, will serve for six years until December 31, 2030.
