Journalists from the legal team continue to reside at the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit to deliver news.
Let's connect with reporters Kim Chul-hee and Youngsoo Kim who are out at the scene. Please come out.

It's in the high-ranking government official's criminal investigation office. We have been delivering news about the execution of the arrest warrant for President Yoon Suk Yeol since dawn.
Earlier, at around 1:30 p.m., the notice came out of the publication. At the official residence in Hannam-dong, Seoul, there was a notice that the execution of the arrest warrant was canceled after a confrontation with the security service. The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit decided to suspend the execution of the arrest warrant because it was concerned about the safety of the site. He also said he was deeply sorry for the attitude of the suspect who did not comply with the procedures under the law. He also added that he would decide on future measures after reviewing them.
As you said earlier, there was a back briefing by an official from the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit. Reporter Kim Chul-hee will organize the contents.

A spokesman for the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit personally participated in the back briefing. First, he explained that investigators and prosecutors approached up to 200m of the official residence. This was described as a third cordon, and it was revealed that more than 10 cars were blocking the road by mobilizing buses and cars. Including bodyguards and soldiers, about 200 personnel blocked entry with their arms folded. In addition to investigators and police, there were about 100 people, but the number was insufficient, so the confrontation continued, and only three prosecutors entered the iron gate in front of the official residence. I met two lawyers there. The execution was announced by presenting the warrant, but the lawyer reiterated the existing claim. He said that he could not comply with the illegal warrant request and that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit did not have the right to investigate. Therefore, he said he couldn't execute the warrant without seeing the president of Yoon Suk Yeol.
However, we discussed that the lawyers would issue a senior appointment as soon as possible and agreed on the procedure. In the end, we decided that it was difficult to execute due to the various situations we mentioned. In particular, it is said that safety concerns were high. So I withdrew. He also explained that there was a physical fight. There were a total of three cordons, and the first one we saw when we entered would be the first cordon. Behind it, vehicles and personnel made a second cordon, he said. Every time I went to the cordon, there was a big and small struggle, he said. The security officer said that there were about 50 people in the first cordon, and the security chief came out and said that he only protected them according to the security law. Later, military personnel were also deployed, and the confrontation continued for about 30 to 40 minutes. After the first cordon, the bus was blocking the way up the hill again, so I went up through the mountain road, there were the second and third cordons, and as I said, I withdrew because I thought there would be a safety problem.

As reporter Kim Chul-hee summarized, there seem to have been about three cordons in front of the presidential residence. Up to two of them have included the careers of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit and the Special Police Corps, and it seems to have been blocked at the last gate. About 10 cars were blocking it. And he explained that about 200 people were wringing scrums with their arms folded. Therefore, since the road itself is not wide, it can be assumed that it has been blocked from passing the road itself. In the midst of such a confrontation, only three prosecutors moved to the front of the official residence, so we can assume that they are lawyers, lawyer Yoon Gap-geun, and former chairman of the Korea Communications Commission Kim Hong-il. Earlier, he was seen entering the official residence. It can be presumed that the two lawyers were met and the three prosecutors talked. The execution of the arrest warrant was attempted, but the execution was canceled as the existing position was repeated.
The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit turned away without even confirming whether President Yoon Suk Yeol was in his official residence. As I said, it is expected that there have been quite a few collisions. The Cooperation Investigation Headquarters said it has booked the security chief and deputy chief on charges of obstructing the execution of special public affairs, as the anchor just told us. And I've requested attendance by tomorrow. In the case of the security service, most of them are public officials except for high-ranking positions, and high-ranking officials are political officials. You can refer to it. Earlier, a police special team explained a similar situation. He said there was a physical fight, and he said there was a conflict with military personnel in particular. The police identified this as an Army sailor. He also explained that the radiation forces prevented the execution of arrest warrants and would consider whether to file charges against them.
We have been delivering related news since early this morning, and reporter Kim Chul-hee, please organize what happened from early in the morning.

We arrived at around 5:40 a.m. At around 6:14, the vehicle of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit was spotted leaving here. It took about an hour to check the screen of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit's vehicle arriving at the official residence. Later, at around 7:53 a.m., the investigator got off and started consulting with the security service. Just after 8 o'clock, investigators were confirmed to enter the inside of the official residence. This seems to be similar to the time when the first cordon was broken. The execution of the arrest warrant was also officially announced by the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit. At 8:03 a.m., the execution of the warrant began, and after passing through the cordon built with buses, the second cordon entered at around 9:50 a.m. After that, he made the final entry to the front of the official residence, and it seems that he presented an arrest warrant to the security chief and asked for cooperation. As I told you earlier, the security service said it was not allowed to search because it was a security zone under the Security Act. After that, we continued the confrontation and approached it, but it was seven and a half hours after finally leaving the airborne office at 1:30 p.m. In terms of the time since the execution began, we have decided to withdraw today after five and a half hours.

Three prosecutors said they had met with two lawyers for President Yoon Suk Yeol and said they would offer to appoint a lawyer. So I'm paying attention to how the collaboration will move in the future. Even in the back briefing, it has not yet been decided in which direction to respond to that. I mentioned that I will decide after reviewing it. Perhaps the possibility of discussions with lawyers cannot be ruled out at all. Because previously, he refused to receive a request for attendance without even paying his seniority, so he has now requested an arrest warrant. However, since the lawyers are showing an attitude to coordinate the appointment, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit cannot rule out the possibility of coordinating the summons through contact with the lawyer. However, when the arrest warrant was issued, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit or the police were already willing to execute it as the warrant was issued. And it is expected that it will be difficult to narrow the disagreement between the two because the lawyer emphasizes several times that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit does not have the right to investigate.
Finally, reporter Kim Chul-hee, please explain the allegations of President Yoon Suk Yeol.

The arrest warrant for the president of Yoon Suk Yeol lists two charges. Allegations of rebellion and abuse of authority. Article 87 of the Criminal Code stipulates the crime of rebellion, and the head, important mission workers, and those involved are divided into three major categories. Among them, the head is said to be sentenced to death or life imprisonment or life imprisonment. Participating in conspiracy, conducting, and engaging in important duties are subject to death, life imprisonment, or imprisonment for more than five years. Since the crime of rebellion is such a serious crime, participation in the riot is subject to imprisonment for up to five years. President Yoon Suk Yeol is charged with the highest level of leadership charges. The incumbent president has the privilege to remove fluoride. In the case of civil war and foreign exchange crimes, a heavy sentence is expected to be inevitable if the charges are confirmed.
