An Air Busan passenger plane bound for Busan from Hong Kong was repeated (go around, raising altitude without landing) due to an instrumental error related to landing gear and then landing.

According to Air Busan and others on the 3rd, an Air Busan BX392 aircraft from Hong Kong was reinstated at Gimhae International Airport at around 6:20 a.m. while attempting to land.

At that time, it was decided to repeat the landing gear, the plane's wheel, because it was not confirmed whether it had been properly operated due to an error in the instrument.

The aircraft landed at the airport after visually confirming that there was nothing wrong with the naked eye through the control station.

The plane arrived at 6:32 a.m., 12 minutes later than expected, with 112 passengers on board.

An Air Busan official said, "The landing gear operated normally during the attempt to land, but there was a time difference between the left and right sides when the instrument indicated whether the landing gear was operating or not."

He then explained, "As the Muan Jeju Air passenger plane accident occurred, it was repeated to clearly check the situation."

"It is presumed to be a temporary error in the system sensor connected to the instrument, but we will conduct additional checks for close confirmation," he said. "The aircraft will be re-injected after a thorough inspection."
