Yes, it is near the presidential residence in Hannam-dong, Seoul.

Both directions of Hannam-daero are now closed due to the intensification of the rally to call for arrest?
[Reporter]
Yes, the rally that started in the three lanes began to occupy all seven lanes of Hannam-daero from around 3:30 p.m. today.
The organizers explained that the police narrowed down the venue of the rally to protest than they reported earlier.
As the crowd continued to gather and the atmosphere heated up, there was once a physical fight among the pro-impeachment rally participants at the scene.
Participants are shouting that they will not back down until President Yoon is arrested, saying that the security agency should cooperate with the execution of the warrant.
Participants once marched toward the residence, and there was a confrontation when the police blocked the movement.
In the process, two members of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions were arrested for assaulting a police officer while protesting that they should not block the march.
Conservative groups have also gathered nearby since early hours to rally in support of President Yoon, chanting slogans such as "the source of arrest warrants is invalid."
Police are setting up car walls and barricades and controlling the scene in case of clashes between the two sides.

It looks difficult to re-enforce the arrest warrant today, doesn't it?
[Reporter]
Yes, there are no investigators from the Joint Investigation Headquarters to execute the arrest warrant for President Yoon or the appearance of the vehicle.
However, on the road in front of the official residence, car walls are lined up in layers, and many careers are deployed to restrict traffic.
Yesterday, the security chief and deputy chief, who were booked for obstructing the execution of the warrant, refused to comply with the summons and said they could not leave for a moment because it was a serious time for security.
It appears to have been mindful of the possibility of re-executing the warrant in the
collateral.
If the government attempts to arrest President Yoon again, it is impossible to rule out the possibility of a physical conflict by confronting the security service as it did yesterday.
Tensions around the residence are expected to continue to rise until the 6th, the validity of the arrest warrant.
