A man in his 40s who turned himself in after killing his neighbor in Gosiwon was arrested.

Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul said it is urgently arresting a man in his 40s for murdering a neighbor.

Mr. A is accused of killing a female guest of a Gosiwon who lived near Mr. A's room at a Gosiwon in Yeongdeungpo-gu at around 10 p.m. the day before yesterday (4th).

Mr. A turned himself in to the police at around 4:30 p.m. yesterday, the day after the crime.

The police are planning to apply for an arrest warrant for A.
