Constitutional petitions filed by third parties asking for the suspension of the impeachment against President Yoon Suk Yeol were all dismissed on the grounds that they did not meet legal requirements.

The Constitutional Court recently rejected two applications for provisional injunction for suspension of effect by Kim and others.

The Constitutional Court said the National Assembly's impeachment decision only has the effect of suspending the exercise of the authority of the person who received the vote, and it is difficult to see any changes in legal relations or infringement of interests against the third-party applicant.

Your Excellency closes the case without making a main decision when there is a claim that does not meet the requirements set by the law.

In addition, the Constitutional Court rejected one constitutional petition questioning the impeachment process of the National Assembly and one provisional injunction on the impeachment of the chairman of the Board of Audit and Inspection and the head of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office for similar purposes.
