A fire broke out on the first floor of a four-story villa in Yeobuk-dong, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, at around 1:30 p.m. today (10th), and it was extinguished in 20 minutes after burning the outer wall.
Three people, including residents and workers, evacuated themselves, and no one was injured.
Police and fire departments believe that the fire broke out when a fire erupted from the equipment while melting frozen pipes using thawing equipment.
