Director Woo and others argued that they should have been provided a copy of the search warrant in their actual status as suspects, but the court judged that the seizure was not illegal, saying it was difficult to see Director Woo and others in the status of suspects.
Last month, the prosecution's special investigation headquarters raided the National Police Agency, Yeongdeungpo Police Station, and the Ministry of National Defense's investigation headquarters in connection with the alleged arrest of politicians.
