A complaint against the constitutional judges who are conducting the impeachment trial of President Yoon Suk Yeol has been allocated to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office.

The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office allocated the case against Judge Lee Mi-sun to the second criminal division and the case related to Judge Kim Hyung-doo to the fifth criminal division, respectively.

Earlier on the 9th, Seoul Metropolitan Councilman Lee Jong-bae accused Judge Lee Mi-sun, the life judge of President Yoon's impeachment trial, of dereliction of duty and obstruction of business by hierarchy, saying she set a hearing date five times without consulting with the president's lawyers.

In December last year, Judge Kim Hyung-doo accused him of violating the anti-graft law, obstructing the execution of public affairs and bribery, claiming that he met with Democratic Party member Seo Young-kyo around the time of the controversy over the impeachment of President Yoon.
