It's a place where the suspects stay until the arrest warrant is decided, and it's known to be a solitary cell of about 3 pyeong.After more than 10 hours of investigation, President

Yoon took a security vehicle into the detention center at around 9:50 p.m. last night.

President Yoon's face captured in the moving car showed signs of exhaustion.

In the space where President Yoon stays, only minimal tools such as televisions and blankets are provided in the partition bathroom.

President Yoon lives in plain clothes instead of prison uniforms, and CCTV operates 24 hours a day to monitor the waiting room.

For breakfast, cereal, boiled eggs, nuts, and milk are served.

In an unprecedented situation in which an incumbent president was detained, President Yoon insisted that the detention center should be designated as a security zone under the Security Act.

Immediately after the investigation of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, President Yoon filed an arrest suit with the Seoul Central District Court.

In the first place, he said he did not consider arresting pride, but changed his position.

Arrest suitability refers to a system in which the court judges whether the arrest of an investigative agency is illegal or unfair and asks for release.

It is interpreted as the intention that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit does not have the authority to investigate the alleged rebellion and that the execution of arrest warrants is unfair.

It is also noteworthy that the Central District Court filed an arrest warrant with the Central District Court, not the Western District Court, where the arrest warrant was issued.President Yun

argued that the warrant issued by the Western District Court was a violation of jurisdiction.

At the same time, he said to prosecute the court if there is enough evidence, or to seek an arrest warrant with the Seoul Central District Court, which is under the Airborne Division, if investigation is needed.
