Yoon Suk Yeol's President Arrested Envoy to Interrogate at 5 p.m. today

The court will review the arrest case filed by President Yoon Suk Yeol this afternoon (16th).

The Seoul Central District Court's Criminal Chamber 32 will hold a hearing at 5 p.m. today on President Yoon's arrest.

Earlier, President Yoon claimed that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit made an illegal arrest and requested an arrest investigation with the Seoul Central District Court, not the Seoul Western District Court, which issued the warrant.

The current criminal procedure law stipulates that arrested suspects and others can request the competent court to examine their suitability, but it did not set the specific meaning of the competent court.
