Gyeongju City, North Gyeongsang Province, has started to check the facts against Daiso, a household goods store that has been controversial over its refusal to enter guide dogs for the visually impaired.

The video showed Heo being blocked from entering the guide dog by an employee at a household goods store while traveling in Gyeongju.
