A day before the execution of the arrest warrant for Yoon Suk Yeol's president, the Airborne Department said it had received an official letter of permission from 55 guards guarding the outskirts of the official residence.

However, controversy has arisen over the effectiveness of the official document, and there is a dispute over whether the process of the guard leader's seal is legal.

On the eve of the execution of the arrest warrant, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit released an official document saying it had been granted permission to enter the 55th Guard Corps.

However, the validity was questioned when the Ministry of National Defense immediately sent an official letter stating that the matter required final approval from the security service.

The execution of the arrest warrant proceeded as scheduled amid the controversy, and when President Yoon Suk Yeol was eventually sent to the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit,

This time, the 55th guard commander's seal on the official document appeared at the center of the workshop.President

Yoon claimed that the commander of the 55th Guard, who was being investigated by the National Investigation Headquarters at the time, was forced to bring the official seal to the unit, and that investigators were handed over and filmed it.

At the time, the commander of the unit emphasized that it was a forged official document, saying that he could not even properly check what the contents of the official document were.

The Ministry of National Defense explained at a regular briefing that the head of the 55th Guard signed the seal with the consent of the investigator.

However, he added that he did not know if there was any coercion in the process.

The national script also gave a detailed explanation.

Investigators from the National Defense Ministry and the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit visited the Ministry of National Defense after requesting a preliminary interview and asked the 55th guard for permission to enter.

An official from the Ministry of National Defense's investigation headquarters also attended the meeting.

55 The head of the guard also spoke to the legal officer of the higher unit and gave permission, and stressed that the investigator stamped the seal in front of the head of the guard.

The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit also clearly drew the line that there was no such thing as forgery of official documents.
