Incheon Ganghwa Police Station recently sent 10 drivers to the prosecution who drove their acquaintances to the polling station during the by-election of Ganghwa County in October last year.
Ten people, including Mr. A in his 60s, were found to have driven more than two people each to the polling station in Ganghwa-gun on the day of the main and early voting for the by-election.
The Public Official Election Act prohibits providing transportation convenience to other voters for the purpose of making them vote.
