President Yoon Suk Yeol, who is accused of a rebellion, has never attended the relevant proceedings in person so far.

Following the investigation and impeachment hearings, it is not expected to appear in the warrant review.

President Yoon Suk Yeol has never appeared directly to an investigative agency or court since the investigation began on charges of causing a civil war.

An arrest warrant was issued on December 18, 25 and 29 last year after failing to comply with the summons of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit three times,

The only day of his arrest, he was sent to the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit on the 15th for investigation, but he refused to make a statement as well as to read and seal the record.

From the next day, he did not respond to the investigation again, saying that the illegality was not resolved.

The investigation by the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit is illegal and the warrant should be reviewed by the Seoul Central District Court, not the Western District Court,
