The request for an arrest warrant submitted to the Seoul Western District Court by the high-ranking public official's criminal investigation office amounts to about 150 pages.

The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit reportedly described President Yoon as a "typical conviction criminal" while charging him with charges such as the head of a rebellion.

Political firm belief was the decisive motive for the crime.

In addition, there is a risk of recidivism as there was a situation in which President Yoon tried to implement the second martial law,
He reportedly emphasized the need for arrest, citing the possibility of destroying evidence and fleeing, citing the replacement of his
mobile phone and leaving Telegram.President Yoon

said, "It's a ridiculous story."

He argued that it doesn't make sense to do emergency martial law without confidence, and that it's a story that a conviction criminal is not guilty.

He also refuted criticism of concerns over recidivism, asking if martial law could be enforced twice under the circumstances of the Republic of Korea.

Regarding the departure from Telegram, he said it was just a regular arrangement.

The first real review of the arrest warrant for an incumbent president to be held in constitutional history.

Attention is focusing on what the court will decide on the battle between the spear of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit and the shield of President Yoon.
