The prosecution has requested an arrest warrant for all the people arrested at the scene during the riot at the Seoul Western District Court.

Police are continuing to track participants who have not been arrested based on CCTV and others.

Prosecutors have requested arrest warrants for all 46 protesters arrested at the scene of the riot at the Seoul Western District Court.

They are accused of breaking into the court and damaging objects.

More than half of the young people in their 20s to 30s and one teenager.

Earlier, the police arrested 90 people as current offenders in connection with illegal activities in front of the Seoul Western District Court and the Constitutional Court from the 18th to the 19th.

Among them, 66 people applied for arrest warrants, but the prosecution rejected the request for a warrant, asking the police for a supplementary investigation into one person who interfered with the execution of public affairs and two people who crossed the Western District Court wall.

Some of the 63 people for which the warrant was requested have already been arrested, and more people are expected to be arrested in the future.

Police are also reviewing warrant applications for the remaining 24 of the 90 arrests, and continue to chase other participants through CCTV inside and outside the court and videos filmed by YouTubers.

Meanwhile, an arrest warrant was also issued for a member of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions, who is suspected of injuring a police officer by taking away and throwing a police radio while participating in a rally calling for the impeachment of President Yoon near his official residence in Hannam-dong on the 4th.
