In the process of investigating former Minister Kim, the special investigation headquarters of the prosecution's emergency martial law recently secured a statement to the effect that they ordered their aides to remove the laptop that wrote the decree No. 1 after the declaration of the emergency martial law on December 3 last year.
The prosecution also reportedly secured a statement that it broke the laptop and mobile phone with a hammer under former Minister Kim's direction while investigating the presidential office administrator who destroyed the laptop.
Former Minister Kim reportedly stated the reason for destroying mobile phones and others to the effect that he had completed his martial law mission.
Former Minister Kim claims that he drafted the decree himself, but the prosecution continues its investigation without ruling out the possibility that a third party wrote the decree.
