A group of people who tried to make cocaine that could be administered by 1.22 million people in connection with an international drug organization and distribute it in Korea has been put on trial.

The Incheon District Prosecutors' Office handed over seven members of the group to trial, including arresting and prosecuting a Canadian man in his 50s, who is in charge of domestic sales, on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.Mr. A, a member of the

Canadian gang, is accused of making 61 kilograms of solid cocaine at a warehouse in Hoengseong-gun, Gangwon-do, and trying to distribute it in Korea in June and July last year.

Solid cocaine made by a group is worth 30 billion won and can be administered by 1.22 million people, and prosecutors explained that it is the largest cocaine distribution crime in Korea.

It was found that they set up a ghost company in the country, tricked liquid cocaine into paint, re-exported some to Australia, and made the rest from solid cocaine.

Prosecutors believe they received support from international drug organizations for the cost of establishing a ghost company and the cost of renting a warehouse.

In addition, four accomplices who fled the country, including two Colombian national manufacturers who made solid cocaine with A and others, were placed on Interpol red wanted list.
